Alex Heming Johnson

Since graduating from Camberwell College of Arts in 2006, Alex has spent over 16 years working in human-centred design in a variety of sectors, for brands, agencies and institutions, including Ogilvy, The House of Commons, Sugru, Beiersdorf, Paramount, Privacy International, Aqueduct and Care4Calais.

After starting his career in print marketing, Alex moved into digital product and brand work where he combines comprehensive UX/UI skills with a traditional brand design background to create websites, apps, e-commerce experiences and integrated digital campaigns.

He employs a user-centric approach to address problems and to create simple, effective and accessible outcomes – fundamentally, Alex believes in the power of good design to positively impact businesses, organisations and people.
