Emma Gascoigne

Emma has over 15 years’ experience working in external and internal communications, specialising in the transport sector. 

During this time, she has been responsible for delivering a number of high-profile customer communications projects for rail upgrades, new stations, and service enhancements. 

Emma was also responsible for pioneering the use of social media and podcasting in the rail industry to better engage with passengers.  

She is an Accredited PR Practitioner, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and a Certified Member of the Institute of Internal Communications.
