Having worked on the NHS review of children’s heart surgery services in England, the Foreign & Commonwealth Office’s travel safety campaigns and on the restructure of community sport provision in Wales, Leah is no stranger to working with public bodies with complex audiences and intricate stakeholder relations. She has a track record of designing and delivering cut-through behavioural change campaigns for clients and prides herself on an evidence-based approach to creating positive and lasting change for clients and their audiences.
Leah has also led on digital transformation projects for clients, managing the development of websites and apps to work alongside social activity. Her holistic approach to digital planning and development has helped clients successfully unite their efforts across digital and social, bringing these strands of activity in line with a fully integrated communications approach.
No stranger to a press office, she has cut her teeth on some of the most meaty stories of the past two decades. Leah is experienced in crisis and issues planning and has led communications for public bodies across England and Wales during periods of considerable media and stakeholder scrutiny, helping to balance reporting and retain key stakeholder relations.
