Victoria is a senior sustainability strategist, helping leaders to create more sustainable organisations. She works in a variety of sectors to help leaders articulate their purpose and vision, and develop the roadmap to implement with stakeholders. Victoria works across hospitality, FMCG, energy and retail with clients including Azzurri Group (Zizzi, Ask Italian, Coco di Mama), Costa Coffee, Pukka Herbs, Britvic, Mars, Unilever and Ball Corporation.
Victoria is also an advisor to The Good Board, a purpose led recruitment firm and is the ex-Chair of UKSSD (UK Stakeholders for Sustainable Development), advocating for measurement of the SDGs among Government. The initiative has now been adopted by UN Global Compact.
She also runs a charity, Love Haslemere Hate Waste, making waste free living the norm, which includes the Repair Cafe, Library of Things and the Community Fridge.
