We are delighted to have won the Communications including Marketing Award at the Innovation Excellence Awards 2026, marking our third consecutive win at the prestigious ceremony.
This year’s award recognises our work with National Trading Standards on Fighting AI cloning scams, a national awareness campaign highlighting the emerging threat of AI-enabled fraud and helping consumers protect themselves.
The campaign brought to life a complex and rapidly evolving form of fraud, in which criminals use AI to clone people’s voices and authorise fraudulent payments. Combining enforcement intelligence, original consumer research and real-world evidence, we developed a compelling story that made the risks tangible and accessible to the public.
The campaign generated 474 media placements across national and regional broadcast, print and online outlets, including BBC Breakfast and ITV. It also helped turn awareness into action, with 3,500 scam checks carried out during the campaign period and one high-risk case identified.

The judges praised our ability to translate a complex issue into a clear, compelling national awareness campaign, recognising its creativity, public impact and contribution to consumer protection. They described it as “an excellent example of communications innovation being used for the public good.”
This latest win marks three consecutive years of success at the Stationers’ Company Innovation Excellence Awards. In 2025, we were recognised for our work with Leadenhall Market, helping to revitalise the historic destination through integrated communications and marketing, while our 2024 award celebrated our wider work in delivering innovative, impactful communications.
The Stationers’ Company Innovation Excellence Awards celebrate creativity and innovation across the UK’s communications and content industries, recognising forward-thinking ideas and achievements.
We are incredibly proud of this latest recognition and of our continued partnership with National Trading Standards, demonstrating how innovative, evidence-led communications can help tackle emerging challenges and deliver meaningful social impact.
